Yes you can fill out the registration form and send all paperwork (since he is a new player) plus cheques by mail to Box 89 Brentwood Bay, BC V8M 1R3.
If you don’t like that option you can drop at my house at 1787 Orcas Park Terrace in North Saanich. I work from home so am available most of the time.
