GIRLS ONLY – FALL-WINTER DEVELOPMENT

• Register for one or more group of sessions – $100 for 8 sessions

  • 630-730pm – ages 6-8
  • 730-830pm – ages 9-12
• Oct 23 – Dec 11 – Fridays – 8 sessions
• Jan 15 – Mar 12 – Fridays – 8 sessions
• Development focused

• Development focused – players will be grouped with similar skills as we want everyone to grow
• Your time slot will be emailed to you – starting at 3pm

JUNIOR PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

CSLL is extremely proud to work with Brad Weinmeyer & Dave Auger from Batters Box Canada to provide our teenage players an opportunity to train with our AAA coaches. These guys are legitimate. They’ve coached PBL baseball for decades. Played D1 and D2 college baseball. Coached players who are MLB drafted, played Canada Junior National, and attend college baseball on scholarships. If you have the desire and work ethic…this program is for you.

• Ages 13-14
• February thru July (no spring break)
• Practice twice per week
• $800 IF selected – don’t let funding get in your way. Ask us about opportunities to cover costs. 
• LIMITED to 15 players
• Times that work around your regular CSLL team practices and games.
• Sessions work on skills to make you a better player:

–       Glove work

–       Lower body core and foot work

–       Base running

–       Hitting

–       Fielding

–       Visual and mental skills

• REGISTRATION – Players should attend the Capitals AAA Tryout to be assessed
