We’re getting ready for you!
Your Little League board is busy getting ready for the summer season July 6 thru Aug 28. We are excited to have you at the park!
Teams will be released July 1st and managers (head coaches) should be contacting you shortly after. We start baseball practices on July 6th both on field and in our newly completed 2800 sq ft indoor training facility!
Baseball will look a little different as we adhere to provincial rules to social distance and keep both personal and environmental hygiene a top priority. The rules are pretty simple:
– stay home if you or someone in your home is sick
– social distance 2m apart when with those outside of your home
– wash/sanitize your hands often
– sneeze or cough into your sleeve
– don’t share equipment if you don’t have to
CSLL is providing sanitizer to keep hands, equipment and surfaces clean.
If you have not heard from your team before July 5th please contact your division coordinator (find them at www.cslittleleague.com/executive)
We can hardly wait to see you all! Stay safe and be kind.
COVID-19 Return to Play
Baseball is back but it will look a little different to start with.
Safety measures have been put in place to help reduce the risk of transmission of the COVID-19 virus. These measures are consistent with the guidelines set out by the provincial health authority(PHO), ViaSport and Baseball BC. You can read them by clicking on the “COVID-19 SAFE OPERATING PLAN” button on the right side of this screen.
We will be running practices ONLY to begin with. IF the PHO gives the ok to start games we will do so but not before. The rules are pretty common sense.
– stay home if sick or showing symptoms
– social distance
– wash your hands regularly
– don’t touch your face
– keep your environment around you disinfected
– don’t share equipment
If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact president@cslittleleague.com
