The game remains at a 46′ pitching mound and 60′ a base path but the level of play is much higher. There are dedicated practice nights and game nights. You can expect to practice twice a week and play 1-2 games per week. More dedication to attendance is expected at this level and higher. Base stealing is allowed (no lead offs). We have 3 umpires scheduled for each game. Use of the indoor training facility is provided.
The Majors division also has the opportunity to attend a May long weekend fun tournament. We create a tournament team which plays at the District (City) championships (first week of July). The winner of that moves onto provincials. The winner of provincials moves onto Canadians. The winner of Canadians moves onto the World Series in Williamsport USA.

Volunteering – there are two types of volunteer requirements. Our league runs on help from everyone.
League volunteer duties – work a 3 hour shift or pay the $100 exemption fee. NOTE – coaches and board members entire families are exempt. Team coordinators have one child exemption. To sign up click on the “Volunteer Do Good Feel Good” button on the web page.
Team volunteer duties – everyone must take part in field setup, take down, and helping to provide a fun atmosphere for all. Coaches already do so much we would expect parents to provide help on the field and in the dugout. Your kids love to play with you!
Equipment – players should wear running shoes or molded cleats, a jock/jill, and have a baseball glove. Everything else is provided including a team uniform, helmet, and bat. NOTE – we prefer you buy your own helmet to avoid any potential head lice issues.
