The newest division of play for regular season and the International Tournament is the Little League Intermediate (50/70) Baseball Division, featuring a pitching distance of 50 feet, and base paths of 70 feet. The new division provides a smoother transition from the smaller field to a standard baseball diamond, along with a venue for players ages 11-13 with more advanced skills. The Intermediate League will culminate each year of play with the Intermediate League Baseball World Series. The site for that first World Championship in the Little League Intermediate Baseball Division is Livermore, Calif. For further information visit www.littleleague.org or click here.
If you are between the ages of 11 and 13 (born after April 30th, 1999) and interested in playing at a higher level of baseball please contact Dave Podmoroff as soon as possible.
