July 9/12 – The Central Saanich “Comeback Kids” played tonight coming back from a 4-1 deficit – scoring 4 runs in the 5th inning. Lake/Hill National tied the game in the bottom of the 5th inning, score now 5-5. Central Saanich pulls ahead with a run in the sixth inning. Final score 6-5 for Central Saanich – Runs score by Spencer Robbins (2) Dawson Evans (2) Will Podmoroff (1) and Derek Bonder (1).
Other results Beacon Hill over Hampton with a score of 9-6.
July 8th – Well a great start to our tournament with an exciting first game going into extra innings! Hampton beat Lake Hill/National 5-3 in the eighth inning. The second game resulting in a Grand Slam by #24 Luke Seginowich from Layritz to bring the Final score 8-5 over Beacon Hill.
