The game of baseball wouldn’t be the same without our team managers and coaches. They take the time from their schedule to bring the kids together and teach them baseball skills that allow them to have more fun!
The team manager is responsible for all aspects of the team dynamics. They will have assistant coaches that are responsible to work with and carry out the team managers strategies. The team coordinator is the parent liaison who will coordinate all parent involvement.
CSLL will try our best to make the coaching experience as enjoyable as possible. We will assist the in providing a team manager, assistant coaches, and a coordinator. The Coaches Manual provides a list of expected duties, park rules, playing rules for each division, required forms, and more.
CSLL values input from everyone involved. This input shapes how the organization implements playing rules, policies, schedules, leagues, and more.
We require that our managers, coaches and coordinators complete a Criminal Record Check prior to the season beginning. This form can be obtained from our Registrar or Division Coordinator.
If you are interested in managing, being an assistant coach or a team coordinator please contact the appropriate Division Coordinator today. You can find them under the Executive tab at the top of this page.
